My wife and I decided to try this restaurant while in Nags Head, and we sure enjoyed it. Nice to sit at a window looking out over the sound and enjoy a great meal. We both had fried oysters that were so good. Waitress was very friendly and helpful to answer and questions we had. The picture was the sunset as we came out of the restaurant.

We had reservations for a party of 21 on July 29, 2023. When we arrived we were promptly brought to our table, a large one, in our own room. It was perfect! Amber was our waitress, she was AWESOME! She handled our group without any issues. We couldn’t have asked for anything better on our last night of our family vacation. Thank you Sugar Creek for allowing us to make memories!

Our experience at Sugar Creek was absolutely fantastic! Leanna, our server, was really friendly and attentive. The crab dip and shrimp with grits were highlights for sure - although honestly, everything we ordered was just delicious. And, of course, when it comes to catching the sunset, there's no other restaurant in the area that even comes close. We can't wait to grab another meal there on our next Outer Banks visit!
